Penipuan hadiah tri

I recieved a sms winning a cek of100 jt rp and to click for info at www.akhirtahun-tri2016.tk.
Out of curiosity, I called the no. 08978452444 which asked for my bank account.
To prevent myself from being cheated, I put his request on hold and did a research and it seems to be a scam, I am not sure.
Please help me clear my doubts.
